Who we are
Fruitful Labs Ltd operates the Fruitify public website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@fruitify.co.uk.
Information we receive
When you browse the website
Our hosting and, where you allow optional cookies, our analytics and advertising providers may receive technical information such as your device or browser type, IP address, pages viewed, interactions, approximate referral source, and performance or error information.
PostHog may also capture ordinary website interactions and a replay of your visit after Analytics consent. Form inputs are masked and the Contact form is excluded from intentional autocapture. This marketing website does not contain student work or Fruitify application content.
When you contact us
The Contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, optional school or organisation and job title, and your message. It sends this information directly to HubSpot so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry. The form works without Analytics or Advertising consent, and its contents are not intentionally sent to PostHog, Google, Meta, X or Microsoft Advertising.
If you choose Book a demo, you leave fruitify.co.uk for a HubSpot Meetings page. HubSpot will provide information about processing on that service.
Campaign and referral information
We may receive referral information and the UTM parameters utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. Where permitted by your choices, Fruitify may retain this attribution in the fruitify_utm cookie and add it to links taking you to app.fruitify.co.uk.
How we use website information
We use information from the public website to:
- provide, secure and maintain the website;
- receive and answer enquiries and arrange requested meetings;
- understand how visitors find and use the website;
- identify usability or performance problems; and
- measure advertising and campaign activity.
PostHog analytics and the advertising tools described below operate only after the corresponding consent choice. You can reject them or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the Footer.
Lawful bases
Optional Analytics and Advertising technologies operate only after you give the corresponding consent, which you can later withdraw. The lawful bases for essential website technical logging and for handling enquiries have not been established in the supplied legal sources and require confirmation before this notice is published.
Analytics and advertising providers
With Analytics consent, we use PostHog for page views, page-leave information, ordinary interaction capture, website performance and masked session replay. Google Tag Manager is the container used for configured Google Analytics measurement.
With Advertising consent, Google advertising measurement, Meta Pixel, X/Twitter website measurement and Microsoft Advertising UET may run. Marketing-site CTA clicks are measurement events; they are not treated as completed registrations, subscriptions or purchases.

Necessary storage records your choices. Analytics and Advertising storage is optional. Provider storage can vary with browser settings, consent, provider configuration and provider changes.

Depending on your actions and choices, website information may be received by our hosting provider and by HubSpot, PostHog, Google, Meta, X and Microsoft. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention and international processing
We keep website and enquiry information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, taking account of account configuration, security, legal and operational requirements. Verified provider-level retention periods and the transfer safeguards applying to this website implementation are still being confirmed and should be reviewed before publication.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Contact us at support@fruitify.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk.
